From the beginning, when we designed wine fermentation and storage clay pots,
we had these concepts: scientific sealing to avoid excessive volatile acid; using it on the ground,
it can easily control the temperature; it is suitable for dry red fermentation and can be easily removed The residue produced by fermentation.
We spent three years designing and experimenting with this concept, spending a lot of money,
and the result is the wine amphorae you see, which is significantly different from the Georgian Qvevri.
At the same time, we also produce other handmade clay amphorae with different uses and specifications.
